Dover Capital is a private equity investor focused exclusively on private pay seniors housing (Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living) in the Midwest and Mid-South. We are part of the Dover Companies, a vertically integrated seniors housing platform that combines the experience and expertise of a seniors housing investor, a development company, a construction management firm and a seniors housing management company. Our integrated structure allows us to provide solutions throughout the entire life cycle of each of our investments. We create value through the development of new seniors housing communities and the acquisition and repositioning of existing properties. We carefully select opportunities and execute proven strategies while managing downside risk. The result is a strong track record of outstanding investment returns. Dover Capital’s Investment Committee consists of experienced professionals with diverse backgrounds in development, construction, operations, finance, risk management and real estate law. Our experience spans nearly 20 years and includes more than 40 developments, 15 acquisitions and 10 successful exits.
We are extraordinarily proud of our shared successes. Seniors housing communities developed or acquired by Dover Capital have become home to many thousands of seniors who require assistance with activities of daily living.
